We base our definitions on the MITRE ATT&CK Matrix for Enterprise, which is a globally-accessible knowledge base of adversary tactics and techniques based on real-world observations.

We put a special emphasis on the merging of IT and OT in industrial Operational Technology (OT) environments, where MITRE ATT&CK® for Industrial Control Systems is used as a standard of reference. ATT&CK for ICS is a knowledge base useful for describing the actions an adversary may take while operating within an Industrial Control System (ICS) network.
